I find it so condescending somehow, the way they giggle about it. As for the photo, it's not even THAT crazy in terms of layers come on! When it's winter, it's the way everyone goes out wherever it's cold in winter. Even in the US.

K, I gotta ask. Where in Canada? It’s a friggin huge country, bigger than the U.S. in land mass. I always find it funny when our American friends to the south treat us as an entire country north of Buffalo. Anyway, hope she got some Tim’s coffee while she was home.
