As someone who has eczema, I have been to many doctors and learned fast that eczema is not able to go away very easily, so I’m super confused because I have had it my whole life and the best thing I’ve done was use goldbond eczema relief or go in salt water but it burns the heck out of your skin! I have eczema too and I recommend Equate eczema relief lotion

To get rid of Eczema, you can use turmeric and glory cedar. Blend it and drink it. It cleanses the body. 2 glasses of it. 1 in the morning and 1 in the night. Don't drink too much. A shot glass will do. Drink twice a week is good. Turmeric also good for your eyes and notify you of pain. It heals the body. Glory cedar good for the skin clears out pimples too. I have rly bad eczema too and im so glad ive found someone with eczema that isnt just using it for pity. i have eczema all over my legs and arms and neck and i've had it since I was little but seeing someone else with even slightly noticable lighter patches is so nice because it reminds me that I'm not the only one <3

I went there in Saint Lucia! It was a rough drive because Saint Lucia is a very hilly island! But it was definitely worth the ride, the spa felt amazing! I went to a waterfall after the spa. It was amazing
