I think the creepiest part of mapfriend is knowing that those coordinates it gives are real coordinates on google maps that will literally show a crashed airplane in the middle of a forest like that.

In the first game, the guy is given noodles and waits to eat them. He's given bugs and doesn't eat them (yes people actually eat bugs). He's given an arm, and doesn't eat it despite being in a situation without food. But when given sand, he eats it almost immediately. 10/10 survival skills

Just so everyone knows, Wertpool, the creator of Exoptable Money and Presentable Liberty, a game that Mark played ages ago and helped popularize back then, which also Mark mentions by name during the first game (Spin to Win), passed away in June of 2018. I just wanted to bring attention to it since I think it's an incredibly tragic loss especially for someone so talented. RIP.

The beginning didn't even need a jumpscare, just the mention of a ball pit is enough to send shivers down my spine

The first game reminds me of that one japanese show where a guy nicknamed Eggplant has to survive off of strictly sweepstakes and isn't allowed to leave an apartment

I love how it's two goofy ass horror games and then there is MapFriend tackling issues like survivor guilt and PTSD

Spin to Win reminds me of the real life torture show they did in Japan with that guy who had to live off of prizes from magazines locked in a room.

The fact that there was no jumpscare at the end of the video was the scariest shit I've ever seen. Now I just feel like one's gonna happen even after the video ended.

The first game must be inspired by the Japanese guy who did a live stream where he only lived off of items he won through magazine raffles as he also won Ramen, chocolate and a sleeping bag.
