How to apply for CISA Certification - Sachin Hissaria

Step by step process for CISA certification -

Step – 2 Sign in with your credential (User id and password)
Step – 3 Go to MYISACA - CERTIFICATION
Step – 4 Click on Apply for Certification (under the tab “Certification and CPE Management”)
Step – 5 Pay application processing fess $50
(Note - Your verifier cannot be part of your immediate or extended family nor can they work in the HR department.)
Step – 7 Submit the form

2- How did you save the filled form, it did not save any details, when i try to save it.
3- How is the digital verification stamping done in form, how does the verifier share these details
