Great lesson! I worked out these chords myself with capo on two a couple of years ago but in the intro play a few more single strings. However I didn't get the E7 so I will try that out. Great tip about the 3rd finger pivot point between Fmaj7/C and C.
Using capo on fret 2 also means you can play the outro solo too which is good fun to learn. Thanks for posting. Best wishes Bob (England). 😊
