Please remember that the lagoon is a protected area. It's the nesting ground of endangered birds (some of them put the eggs right into the shrubs and on the sand - when they get scared they abandon their eggs and they die). It's forbidden to do any watersports there. We have many great spots in Tarifa, please don't ruin it by making the authorities put up stricter rules because Kiters don't respect the restrictions and nature.

I don't agree. Levante is crazy gusty in Tarifa and simply no fun. The lagoon is perhaps once a month at a decent size to kite on there. And Tarifa itself is pretty boring and empty during winter times.
