@attackzac21 Early on you get the option to run the tutorial program (it was offered at the end of Part 1), which takes you through the first mission step by step and explains things fairly well. I already knew how, so I opted to go through it without the instruction to save time. So a completely new person will have things explained to them a lot better than it explained them to me.

Tsk, tsk, rookie. Every console cowboy worth their deck knows you delete the Tutorial as soon as you are done doing it, or decide to be brave and run with out, or kinda ran it some Federal problems and had to bail the Gateway and you ditch the current meatspace.
Also, you don't really need Trace Tracker, just lots of bounces for those first mission. The all HUD all the time.

Nice move on the defrag. I always wondered why they want me to pay Cr 5000 for something I can do.
