I saw a movie few days ago exactly about this guy. After the paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene a random pastor came and prayed for him and he came back to life
Stayed in the hospital for few months

This was almost 40 years ago: I was in a VW Bug, hit broadside by a truck. I was a passenger and that side of the car was completely gone. The truck pushed me across one lane, over a sidewalk, across 4 more lanes, over another curb/small sidewalk, across another lane, over another sidewalk and into a parking lot.
The exact moment that the truck hit (on my right), Jesus was on my right side (like blocking the truck) with his arm over my shoulder and he said “We will be alright.” He never left my right side. No light to follow, no lights at end of tunnel, just God himself.
Through hospitals and recovery he was always there at my right, many times the two of us holding hands and walking someplace beautiful. He did “need to leave” (his words) a couple times. I sobbed and begged him not to go. He said “open your eyes.” There was a brilliance of angels all around me. He told me that he was leaving his angels with me, waiting for his return.
I have never felt so safe as I did walking and talking with God.
Regarding the man driving the car, my head broke 3 of his ribs. Other than that, my body was better than a giant airbag for him.
As I improved physically Christ began leaving me more on my own. My recovery was nothing short of miraculous — I was able to walk again after only 3 months. I have had a total of 47 surgeries. Realistically, after that trauma should not have been alive, but I as protected by God. I miss my best friend and I miss that closeness, I still do, I always do. I cannot wait to see, actually see, him again. When that time comes I already know that I will run up to him, throw my arms around him, and tell him how much I missed him.
Please understand, I know that God is always with us, but this was So Much More.
Getting hit by a truck was the best day of my life!
