Well get a repeater for WiFi whit huge antena and 100w of power then USB c antena whit repeater passive repeater in the phone put that antena on top of the car you will have WiFi 50km around hi end phones can use 5.5 ghz but you will have to increase power of the active repeater . If only phones call you can use converter from 1g, 2h to ufh o lower radio and transmit longer distances .the passive antena por phone must have protection to static or interferences
