I used to like it in its early years, but it’s really fallen off. My go-to is still Pho Ý and more recently, Pho San Jose

I remember eating there when they first open, order a beef pho' and was surprised when the beef pho had a bone . Super delicious

It’s not bad. There’s literally a better pho place if you drive 5 more minutes up the street. This pho place is in a new plaza hence, why it’s busier

Pho Ha Noi fell off once they started expanding

There are so many pho restaurant in San Jose way better than pho Ha Noi .why you have to wait like a dog and got rip off with their service charge . Regular pho is way better than Ha Noi style too. Never go back again .
