How often do you need to service the press, and what has to be done for it to keep it in such great shape? I'd love to see a video about that! Thank you so much for the awesome service you provide to us! I look forward to seeing these videos every day.

Thank you guys. As a service worker this means a lot. Even if only for a moment it is nice to be appreciated. “May I press the red button for you, Howard?” 🤵

The industry is suffering due to COVID. Be nice to those who showed up to work. We have loved ones to care for too. For the ones who truly care for the work..thank you. We need more people like you in this field 😔

I rather eat ok food with an amazing server, then good food with a bad server. They are crucial to the experience !

To the gentleman who made this short video: Thank you sir. Job well done.

Thank those who serve you. It cost so little and means so much. As someone who has spent 42 years in the service industry these last two years have been very rough. Working with less help and product shortages is as frustrating for us as it it for you. We don't know from one day to the next who is showing up for work. We wait for deliveries of product and paper goods to show up only to be strung along and the delivery shows up two days late. Most people don't understand that there is less than 1 weeks worth of groceries in a grocery store or fast food restaurant. This is how close we are to being with out food.

As someone with hearing loss please don't take offense when we ask you to please speak up. I would read lips along with some sound to know what you were ordering. Please don't shout as this will put me on edge. I'm just asking you to please speak louder and face me when you're talking especially if you are wearing a mask.

Also don't blow your horn at a drive thru window. The days of a speaker box on the wall are gone. Your cashier is wearing a headset that allows them to move freely through out the facility. I don't know for anyone with three hands so if the cashier is bring up stock or buckets of Ice they may have their hands full so they can't answer you at that very moment. How would you like to have a car horn blow right into your ear? Well that's what it's like for us. If you drive a monster truck, come inside. When your cashier is four foot eleven how do you expect them to reach over the door to hand you your change back.

It may seem that this has turned into a rant. It may have. When you yell at the poor cashier you are only yelling at one person. The cashier may serve 200 people so they take the abuse of all of the 200. So a little kindness goes a long way. I have said that everyone should have to work in the service industry for one year to find out what it's really like.

I've always had a bad temper, but I've never belittled or degraded a service worker. I'm usually the one yelling at the entitled people belittling or degrading service workers, because as someone who's worked in the industry, I know how stressful it is to deal with an entitled scumbag while having to wear your customer service smile. Having a messed up spine no longer allows me to do strenuous work, but it doesn't stop me from making sure the people that I come in contact with have a little less of a stressful time doing so. Always be kind to your servers and any other service workers, stack your dishes neatly before leaving the restaurant, and please do not put napkins or other paper on your plates, especially if something sticky is on it. The dishwasher will know who did it and curse your entire table for the rest of the night while they wait for the hot water to melt the sugars. ✌️😁
