Some nerve people have of thinking that they either did nothing or they never deserved to do what they needed to do, in order to hold this country together. We need that chokehold ban, for sure.
A man is presumed innocent, until proven guilty, even during the arrest. And a choke hold can easily be a lethal sentence before a trial can even begin. If a verdict of guilty can't be arrived to with a shadow of doubt in the facts, a sentence of death during the initial arrest shouldn't be allowed to be a remote possibility.
