Notice how much slack is in the chain Im very surprised it hadnt slipped a tooth or broke. I forgot to check how much travel was left on the tensioner piston after it made contact with the guide and tensioned the chain...........Looking at the video it looks like it could pop out of place at any time. This corsa has 130,000 kms on it.

That looks like a faulty timing chain tensioner, as the part is supposed to take up the slack and isn't coming out at all.

hi can u help me, , today i replace engine for corsa 1.3 also put new chain i lock inlet and exuhast ..but crank shaft i dont have tool i remove injoctor 1 and 4 i put number 1 and 4 piston up full..then i replace timing chain after that car crank but not start, , thanks
