The only tip that anyone needs for Mercy is that Battle Mercy is the only Mercy! Drop the staff and choose to blast! Remember matches rise and fall on Mercy’s decision whether to choose violence or ultra violence!

One correction about breaking line of sight with your beam target is that the beam lingers for not 2, but 1.3 seconds.

Another good tip is to go to your mercy settings and look for the options for guardian angel. Rather than flying to your mate you're connected to, instead switch it so that you can fly to a mate by looking at them.

Another tip you can kinda stay around a corner by only exposing your wand and heal still or damage boost

for the guadian angel bit, it goes either forward or backwards *of your camera* so use your camera to aim whete you want to, great for launching yourself at unusual angles and going through doors

The dodge is something you can do in any direction not just backwards
