I would choose a longboard, they seem so interesting to me. I saw a video of a girl riding one to school in japan, so gracefully. its just an overall really cool looking board, and they are really cheap!

I’m getting my first board tomorrow and I really don’t know which one to get. I’m too shy and nervous to do some tricks and I probably will just use it to cruise around my neighborhood (when I build up the confidence haha) and I’m kinda stumped on which one to get. It’s either the longboard or the regular standard one- Incase I decide to learn some basic tricks in the future

I started with a regular skateboard and rekt myself on small rocks.
I continued with a penny and found it uncomfortable.
Now I have a long and although I got a bit too brave with hills few times,
it is the one I consider the safest and the most forgiving.
