Minecraft Easy Shulker Farm Tutorial 1.20+ | Single Dimension Shulker Shell Farm - 750+ Per Hour

This is a Minecraft Easy and Simplest Shulker Farm Tutorial. This Farm produces around 750 shulker shells per hour. This Farm doesn't requires any Portal linking and also it's built in a Single dimension. It works perfectly for all Versions as well. The build time is very short and it gives you more than enough Shulker shells to make infinite Shulker boxes. This Farm is insanely super Efficient and You'll will never run out of Shulker shells again in your World!

• How this Farm Works?
The lever toggles a trapdoor which controls line of sight of the golems. The golems aggro the shulker which opens past a protective armor stand. The shulker shoots a bullet that paths up. It loops around trying to reach the golem. The shulker when hit, dupes and teleports to the platforms above. It then teleports to one of two stations where minecarts pick up and deposit them. Shulkers are added to the chamber where they get social aggroed. When more than 24 shulkers are present, they entity cram and die. The bullets from the bullet gun path down. These extra bullets form a supercharger. If a shulker fails to dupe, it gets replaced by a shulker from the supercharger. Thanks for reading this short explanation!

Just built this on the latest 1.20 snapshot and it works like a charm! 5 mins of AFK got me a stack of shells! Thanks so much for the tutorial!

FYI to anyone that wants to add more storage below the chests. Do that BEFORE putting the shulker in place. Any blocks you place up there will instantly be covered in shulkers. Learn from my mistakes. Still a good farm and works great otherwise

Just built this farm in survival 1.19.2 and can say is very fast and useful, thank you!
Note: I transferred a shulker from an end city to the main end island and built it there, perfectly fine. Transferring the shulker was a hassle but it's worth it if you have swift sneak III.
Also, the material list was missing a piston, and activator rail.

Extremely important you bring splash regeneration and splash healing potions, and make sure the main shulker has 100% health before you turn the farm on. Also bringing a second shulker! The farm is amazing once it gets working. Thank you :D

Just built this in my hardcore world in 1.19.2, and it's working.

Some tips/advice for anyone looking to build this:

- BRING MORE THAN 1 PISTON! The farm itself only uses 1 piston (per the materials list at the start of the vid), but you will need at least 1 other piston in your inventory to push certain blocks into place towards the end of building the farm.

- At 3:51 he says to build a 10x10 area, but it's actually 11x11. The instructions are wrong and the measuring graphic he uses is very confusing. it should be 11x11

- Per the other comments here, use splash potions of healing to heal up the shulker before you put it in the farm. I actually forgot to do this, but I think my shulker had enough health that it didn't matter.

- Pay close attention to how he uses the minecart to scoop up the shulker. Basically, you want the minecart to move up to a powered rail that's directly next to the block that the shulker is resting on. Hopefully you find shulkers on the ground level of the end city since they're the easiest to collect.

- Bring a combination of milk buckets, potions of slow falling, potions of invis, chorus fruit. Be prepared to deal with getting hit by shulkers when you're moving them to the farm.

- Before you start the farm, I recommend actually building some kind of scaffolding or a slab staircase to reach the double-chest storage. Just make sure that any scaffolding you use is topped with a slab, or else shulkers will teleport and rest on top of the scaffolding.

Anyways, it's a cool farm and I'm going to afk for several hours so I can come home to the Overworld with more shulker shells than I'll ever need 😄

Edit: coming back to this a couple weeks later with some more info.

- you can use any other light block in place of glowstone. Shroomlights, froglights, sea lanterns. Personally I used froglights

- I want to re-emphasize the importance/necessity of having some kind of ladder to reach the storage PRIOR to starting the farm. It might just best to run a line of hoppers down from the chest, and then connect that to whatever storage you want to build.

I was trying to build a scaffolding path to my chest and I messed up the farm by giving the shulker in the middle of the farm a place to teleport to. Thankfully I farmed a double-chest full of shulker shell stacks before breaking the farm, and it shouldn't be that hard to fix if I ever need more shells.

Notice: Guide calls for 1 piston, but two are needed for the build.

You can sneak back into the build and take the piston, as the second one is needed only temporarily.

I really struggled with getting the shulker in the right place! Saw someone else comment that they transported two shulkers to the farm to start it and that worked for me as well. So if you're struggeling with the first shulker try bringing two :)
Also I think it's just a matter of patience, it will teleport to the right place eventually.

Apart from the shulker part that almost made me kill someone this is one of the best farms I've seen

Finally... one that is simple and most importantly, working, especially for farm beginners who wanted to tackle a "grand" project as this..
Muchas Gracias

Awesome build. works fantastic. I decided to build over the void for looks, so it took a little longer than it should, but the returns are amazing. Tip, you might want to button the block railway you bring the shulker in. I had all the sides done but forgot the bottom, so of course he teleported to the bottom of the block under the rails. Easy to get him off but could have saved the time if i buttoned.
edit: One thing I did see in freecam is that sometime some shells miss the hoppers and end up just sitting on the block behind the second hopper. Just in case you may want to put 3 hoppers instead of 2. But honestly, the farm produces so much you many be ok with the loss.

Great tutorial, worked in 1.20.1 without any issues at all. Took roughly 2 hours to get materials (from storage), build, and move shulker

Absolutely a thing of beauty! The farm, of course; also the video, which is nearly flawless and easy to follow (with no sound!). My farm is up and running beautifully. A few notes (with the caveat for each point that perhaps I made a mistake in my build and that that's why I've seen the things I'm seeing):

1) Your instructions about how to get the shulker into the minecart are a little vague. My technique is to build a rail that runs next to the shulker, then turns and runs along another edge; put a cart on the tracks, push it and as it rounds the corner, the shulker pops into the minecart. (Not even sure running the track along two sides is needed; perhaps one would do the trick.) You show, but don't explain, how you're getting yours into the cart. If I were a user who didn't know how to get shulkers into carts, that could have been a frustration. (Your way looks better and simpler than mine, btw - although I still don't quite understand what you're doing.)

2) When it's time to bring the shulker next to the farm so it will teleport into it, I'd suggest being more explicit about where exactly those tracks that end with the activator rail should be: basically, the x/y/z relative to the farm. This didn't cause me issues, but only because I looked in great detail at the video to ensure I had it in (roughly) the right place.

3) Might be good to mention that hanging out near the farm when it's running can mean being attacked by shulker bullets. I'm thinking that if the farm were just a few blocks higher off the ground, this wouldn't be an issue? But it is an issue for me, occasionally.

4) The only true problem I've had, I've only had once, and it may be related to #3 above. I'd had a period of being attacked by shulkers from the farm. (Really just an annoyance as long as one isn't AFK, and has feather-falling or a potion.) Except once I was back on the ground, I looked up and noticed that the two minecarts were gone, so obviously the farm was no longer doing its thing. I don't know what happened to them, but I'm thinking they must have been hit by shulker bullets and fallen as items to somewhere where I didn't notice them. I put two more carts on the tracks and was back in business. Hasn't happened since. But perhaps some fencing (or whatever) could protect the carts from the bullets, I dunno. (If that's indeed what happened to the carts.)

5) Oh, and (this should have been the first point, but whatever): not an issue for me, but would probably be go to be explicit about how far the farm needs to be from any end-city structure.

Anyway, FANTASTIC WORK. Both the farm, and the instructions! Awesome. Thanks!

Just built this in my hardcore world, by time i cleaned up my rail staircase and organized my inventory after finishing, I already had a stack of shells. I'll probably get another half a stack just while writing this comment lol. Would def recommend to anyone, this thing is awesome

Took some troubleshooting, especially with the bug in 1.20.4, but when I was eventually able to get it up and running, it worked beautifully. Thank you!

I followed this tutorial 1 to 1, and had 54 shells in less then 5 mins! I would recommend crafting invisibility potions when you get the shulker in the minecart, keeps those pesky projectiles away. Anyways this thing works great.

Brilliant farm. Looks very complex but really isn't too difficult to follow. I've linked hoppers from the collection chest to the ground so I don't have to wait for the farm to stop (which takes for ever)

Built the farm in 1.20.1 and it works perfectly fine, got approx 800 shells in one hour . Thanks for the build

Thank you, good Sir, for this magnificent tutorial! :D I could successfully implement your farm on our SMP and are happy as a clam with it.

One word of advice for fellow Minecrafters, though: The list of needed material does NOT include the railroad system used to transport the Shulkers from the End City into the farm - the list is for the farm only.

Also: You need one more piston and one more lever than stated in the material list - the reason is that these additional piston & lever are only used temporarily and will be removed from the actual farm once the second armour stand is in place.

Many thanks to BlazeDude and good luck everyone with this farm!
