Once had a yoga teacher like this say, "For those of you who have difficulty following the poses, please set up your mat in the back of the class in the future" while we were mid-class, mid-pose, and I was very obviously the only one who wasn't flexible enough to get into most poses. I was new to yoga, doing it so I could get stronger and more flexible, but all the spots in the back of the classroom had already been claimed by the time I walked in. I didn't even want to be in the front.

Never went to the class again.

This is so funny! As an english person she’s actually being quite direct, stating the issues, sometimes even to the person, and not to do them. We’d just say everything’s fine and move the yoga studio without telling you 😂

I greatly appreciate the time and effort that went into the making of this video and especially want to address the deliberate choice of making the sound of the bell way louder than the sound of your voice, obviously intended to remind us to constantly turn the volume up and down. It truly adds to the enjoyment of watching your video.

I do yoga sessions on youtube to avoid the potential awkwardness of being in a class because every time I’m in a class setting I end up in an awkward dynamic with the instructor and I really don’t need that while in leggings and a sports bra 🙄
