Found it pretty awesome that my grandparents in the middle of nowhere were telling me about this great guy who has this show called Roadworthy Rescues. He has a youtube channel too and his videos are really wholesome.
I replied "Well I'll be dipped!". Its great to see the progress that this channel deserves. Every person will say "been watching since yadda yadda" but I remember when you flipping chevelles was how you kept projects rolling and I love that you're able to hold onto these beauties now. Hope to see the growth continue. There's no channel that deserves it more.

The best hour and 17 minutes a guy could spend watching VGG!

The amount of time Derek takes to spend time with his family, even with projects on crunch time, is outstanding. Kids set up an RC course? Absolutely, let’s play. Just touches a guys heart ❤️

"Brand New Column Switch"...made by doorman I'm sure. LOL...

Best move you ever made Derek was moving the family. Having that shop right there at the homestead has been such a blessing for the family.

I think my FAVORITE part of VGG is watching the interaction between you and your family. It's so refreshing to see a man who loves his family as he should. I would love to bring my old beater to VGG and learn from you. Thank you Derek.

Thanks for getting this one out tonight. I really didn’t expect a new video today considering part 3 came out Tuesday and Sick Week being this weekend. It’s a nice surprise. Take care of yourself and maybe take a vacation here soon. VGG Nation will always be here.

This build is near to my heart. A buddy of my back in highschool had one that was sky blue, I had a caprice classic, mine was a 78 his was a 76. We used talk about racing them once we fixed them up, but he passed away before we got them done. Its nice to see this one come around for a second time. All of your builds are awesome and I personally love the "budget" aspect + your personality is just awesome. Humble and kind, thank you sir for all the infotainment over the years.

Great improvement on the Monte Borrow, that sucker is pretty quick. Best part of the video was you stopping to race with your son, what a great Dad you are.

I am currently doing a LS swap in my 1968 Caprice, and this gives me hope that it will fire up! Funny thing is, i have never done anything like this before! I am a computer geek/Tech and Derek has given me the confidence i needed to do some mechanic work!

Once you see a front on view of how the front bumper and grill create a
“something’s not lined up” illusion, you can’t unsee it 😂😂
Great job on this car !! She’s a runner !

Love seeing him have some family time in the middle of this. That's the best way to do things most the time.

I definitely liked the gold wheels better. It was different, and somehow it just tied the look together. Would be great if you painted these ones gold too, with center caps off. Just this guy's two pennies.

Otherwise, this was another great series. This has been one of my favourite channel subscriptions for a long time. Don't know how you find the time to make so much great content while clearly being an excellent Dad, but we appreciate it! Keep up the great work Derek!
