I attended 8 of his fights since 2008.... He is the most amazing and mesmerizing fighter that I have ever seen. Ive attended many prizefights since 1999. It is nuts how amazing he was in his I wish he and Floyd had a series between 2009-2012

He's never out of shape. Always ready to fight. One thing about him, he's always smiling and happy. Doing pranks to his team is part of his camp too. 😂

Like he always say. Always train hard no matter what. Simple and easy to hear but to him he really do it 1000percent

My fave fighter of all time - im 47 so iv been a boxing fan for a long time and got to see tyson fights at his peak when i was a kid...still manny is my fave ...i knew he was on his way to retirement against thurman...he got hit way too much in that fight .especially in the later rounds- at his peak he would have stopped thurman with ease. Theres no one around anymore with that old skool exitement that manny bought to the ring...roy jones had it ...iron mike had it and manny was the last of the genetically gifted next level fighters🥊💣💥

So glad you made one for Pacquiao, after getting hooked on Naoya's training I was suspecting if I missed anything on Manny's training.

I sobbed from his goodbye video. I've never done that with a person I've never met. Or even from a person I did know.

I'm from the Philippines. In this video he was eating bangus and pampano. Very lean protein source and moderate amount of fat in its macros.

Pacquiao was THE one that got me into boxing! Especially because of him being a southpaw boxer, and his fight style. Love you Manny, thank you for being an inspiration to us! 🙂🫶🏻

It’s always great how manny always train
& balances himself on everything.
His speedy footwork & counterpunches is what has made him so good & popular in his entire boxing career plus how he slicks jabs his punches along with the foot work at the same time, you really have to master it really good & manny was too good at that. Always my preferred boxer in history.

Pacquiao's padwork trainer Penolosa actually came to China a few years ago with two-time Olympic Champ Tischenko to run a boxing camp. My first coach went there and paid a few hundred more to get a one round pad work with Penolosa. According to him, Penolosa's pad work solely focuses on continuous rapid punches and combinations. All about conditioning and punching non-stop and much less attention on specific combinations or technique. Everyone was exhausted after one round with him.

Phenomenal training documentary, on one of my favorite warriors. PACMAN definitely paid the cost, to be a boss, metaphorically typing. Keep doing your thing, showcasing, elite trainers & their fighters, behind the scenes, going hard. #Godspeed & happy Thanksgiving.

Having my first fight on the 30th. Learning how to fight like this guy was a good choice, and training like the octuple champ would be even better!

Yo! I'm from Philippines and the first thing you should have whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner is rice along with it are viand/dish. We usually eat beef, chicken or pork braised/boiled, there should be beef, pork, chicken stock. That's just a few of them but there are more dishes.

Jasmine rice is a great carb for energy and it goes right through you. Chicken and pork Adobo are slow cooked on the bone and so they’re nutrient dense. Perfect for recovery. Hopefully this answers your question. Great video, thanks for making.
