I got Strange Journey Redux last week. My first SMT game as I've recently gotten into RPGs. Let me say, this is one of the coolest games ever! Awesome storyline, love the gameplay, already put in 12 hours into it.. never been hooked on a game like this before! Also scored Soul Hackers yesterday for only $10 CIB!

One of my fave movies is from 1967 - "The Fearless Vampire Killers, or Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck". So corny it's awesome!

My fav part of HCG is that he has the exact same videos as everyone else. He never has unique opinions. He never brings up interesting comics. He never shows his passion. And he definitely never talks about the 80’s. Yup, Just like everyone else.

Man, I always love seeing these videos. The stories behind the stuff are fun to hear and sometimes you bring out stuff that's like "oh yeah, that was a thing." and then I can go get my own copy if I want it (like the Bill and Tedd Bluray in a previous video that I am a very happy owner of now). It's nice to see a novel and record that isn't game or anime related sneak in too. You should do that more often if something really killer makes it's way into your collection. Oh, and just to add at the end, loved seeing Machine Man comics in this video. I can remember going through my Dad's comic collection back in the mid-90's and seeing those issues in there. They were in there right next to his set of ROM comics for some reason, hehe.

I like watching these because you just radiate nostalgia and it's easy to relate as a fellow Canadian when you talk about going to places like Toys 'R Us and Pharmasave back in the day, because I share those memories as well!

That GCHD looks awesome man! I'm curious how good it looks compared to emulating on a PC.... I know that's a taboo subject but, for me, emulating on PC 3D games, especially Gamecube/Wii, is the way to go. It makes the games look GORGEOUS!

MegaForce! I still remember renting this from the local video store, on the shelf beside Delta Force. Who doesn't love combat dune buggies with lasers! Just watched Death Race 2000 for the first time last week with my wife and loved it.

Excellent pick ups, but that Machine Man, oh wow! I had to pause the video and look on ebay straight away. I managed to purchase issue 1 and 4 as shown in this video for £3.50. Now to look for the other 2. This looks amazing

Great vid! Saw Megaforce in the theatre with my Dad, we both looked at each other after and wondered what the hell we just saw. 20 years later it shows up in the “Rifftrax” (guys from MST3K) cue. It’s now one of my favorite movies that they riff. But even without the Riffing, it’s still one of those movies that falls under”its so bad its good”
