Can damp run down the wall like a leak from above ? I have a corner upstairs bed room where its running dowm the wall in the corner and around the edges of the windows ...the walls have no cavities old house ...double brick, the walls internal in this particular room are plastered with no plaster board ..so the walls are cold to touch ...ive took the tiles off the roof, i see no leak, had the gutters cleaned and taken off, eve trays put in, valleys cleaned and ridges dry sytem replaced ...and i still have this which looks like a leak from above ...ive been in the loft and no sign of water leak ...
