Do you feel like restaurants there cater too much to European/White American tastes versus crafting dishes around their Rwandan culture? I ask because a lot of what I’ve seen at nice looking restaurants in Rwanda seem to be very Euro-centric, which sucks because I think a country should cook their own cuisine so that everyone (natives & foreigners) can experience the restaurant-quality version of that nation’s food.
