That’s not the way to punch a heavy bag. He hits it with power but is way too slow and the person has all the time to move away. To part why Ali was successful in gassing him out. Liston & Williams didn’t hit the bag like that. They struck the bag with skilful and short punches. Foreman gassed himself a lot by punching like that.
