I can't thank you enough. I was working on a wedding and was working within Premiere Version 14.7 on my laptop well when I went to my desktop it had updated to version 14.9 and when I was about 3-4 minute mark in the video and had so far spent about an hour+ getting settings dialed in the clips started to grey out the Braw portion in the Master section of the editor. I closed it down/restarted and tried a bunch of different things. I finally bit the bullet and paid for the BRAW Studio. So far I like the look and ease of access much better. Will post an update once the project is finished about how I like the functionality but so far I am glad I am back in working conditions.

When I try to install BRAW studio there is no option for the Blackmagic RAW Player & thumbnails. Did they remove that? It's the one thing that is really missing.

Wow that selectable preset is really handy at 3:30 that answered my question there. I could easily make a "1/2 stop brighter" preset and load it, etc. Or a rec709 gamut, etc. It didn't answer batch applying to say 50 clips in a timeline but for $69 that's pretty damn cheap to keep me in premiere pro.

My black magic RAW settings are all greyed out in a Premiere Project I am minutes away from finishing.. Can I use this program after already using BRAW Plugin in the middle of an edit?

Hey is there any updates to BlackMagic’s plugin that would change the accuracy of this video, one year later? The free version of Braw Studio cant save and load presets, or seem to be able to copy settings from one clip to another.

lets go back every video doesn't explain how you get the black magic clips to play in the first place. and how it even is used with BRAW, ...like im still stuck on part one this is annoying

The complaint about braw support being blackmagic's fault comes across as quite entitled. Resolve is the best editing program made arguably, there is an entirely free version as you know, and braw plays back buttery smooth despite extremely high resolutions. I find it bizarre that people think companies must appease everyone. After all, Resolve doesn't support prores raw, and BRAW isn't made for final cut as well. Blackmagic has every right to use their cameras to push people to Resolve, and Premiere does a dogshit job at using GPU which is critical to all of this.
