As a provider of cutting edge unique technology for producing the most advance semiconductors, ASML is unfortunately a victim of its own success as it becomes embroil in geopolitical tensions between USA and China. So I will be cautious to hold its stock knowing at any time their business can be disrupted by government interference through no fault of their own.

Government interference in business is always a bad thing but this is sadly the over-regulated world we live in.

Such a high portion dependence on China is really terrifying. China economic is weakening, and US is no doubt going to put more curb on China in terms of Semiconduct production.
