Planning to use an eGPU with my Dell XPS 15 9510. It has an i9-11900H with 8 Performance cores, so I think the CPU wont be a bottleneck. I'm planning to get the RTX 5070 when that releases in Early 2025.

Should be an extension cable you can permanently mount. I wonder if there's any mxm adapters and relevant laptops. Other problem on a laptop is what display input are you using that isn't eating more limited bandwidth?
