Hi Friends! My sister and I installed my brand new Winnerwell Woodstove in my Stout Bell Tent. I hope you find this video helpful.

***UPDATE: We've been using this woodstove regularly all winter long and it's been amazing!! It keeps our tent nice and toasty, plus we can cook on it. The water reservoir is also really nice to have! It doesn't come with the stove - it's an add on, but soooo worth it.

Hi thanks for your video. But I have a doubt. At time 3:48, the tent with flashing kit installed is not "tight" but has a sort of hump generated by the flashink kit itself: it could be a problem in rainy or snowy days?

Thanks so much for sharing, I was looking for just this.

The instructions for the flashing kit state to put the thing below the third set of holes on the pipe. But since you put it on more accurately than I ever do, you did good. My tent already has a silicon ring where the pipe goes through, so I just sort of work around it and try to get the thing set in the right place as accurately as possible. I don't screw it into place, so I just make do. I don't know if I want to cut holes into an expensive tent.

Thanks....this really helps as the instructions with Winnerwell are very confusing. One really important thing is to NOT CUT THE HOLES TOO FAST....if they tear you are doomed. Maybe use a drill instead of using a box knife.

Have you cooked on top of it with the grill plate?

So we don’t mislead people, your hole you cut is way too big. The hole is only the diameter of the pipe, not the flashing ring. The bolt holes still are drilled on the outer diameter as specified in the video.

Doesn't rain get in thru the double wall pipe holes that are about the silicone ring?

Do you think you can seal up the tent to create a sauna?
I'd like to put a cast iron skillet with the rocks on top of that Nomad and pour water into it to create a nice healty sauna.

But can't rain water come through the holes in the double section and directly into the tent? Appears to be a direct point of entry
