CYPRUS FILM DAYS 2012 (2)

The 10th edition of the Festival will take place between the 20th and 29th of April 2012, both in Limassol (RIALTO Theatre) and in Nicosia (Zena Palace Cinema).

The 2012 edition of the Festival will host an international competition section titled "Glocal Images" in which films from both around the globe and Cyprus will be screened. The films in the competitive section will be selected by the festival's artistic committee: Adonis Florides (film director/ writer), Dr. Costas Constandinides (Assistant Professor of Film Studies) and Constantinos Sarkas (Film Journalist).
To φεστιβάλ θα φιλοξενήσει και φέτος το διεθνές διαγωνιστικό τμήμα με τίτλο "Glocal Images", στο οποίο θα συμμετάσχουν ταινίες μυθοπλασίας μεγάλου μήκους από την Κύπρο και τον παγκόσμιο χάρτη. Η επιλογή των ταινιών για το διαγωνιστικό τμήμα θα γίνει από την τριμελή Καλλιτεχνική Επιτροπή, η οποία αποτελείται από τους Άδωνι Φλωρίδη (σκηνοθέτη), Δρα. Κώστα Κωσταντινίδη (Ακαδημαϊκό), και Κωνσταντίνο Σαρκά (Δημοσιογράφο).
