2014 Arnold Strongman Classic - AUSTRIAN OAK

The Austrian Oak is a 441 lb, big, unyielding thing that athletes pick up from the floor, to their thighs, then overhead until the judge signals a complete rep. Zydrunas Savickas won the Austrian Oak event by muscling the 441 lb. log over head 4 times.

Big Z wins the deadlift and the overhead press. In my opinion the two best tests of pure strength... picking something off the ground and lifting something above your head. A true strongman.

if you ask me that mikhail dude is the most impressive one. he is the smallest out of the bunch and he looks like he has low bf percentage unlike the others.
