Experience Cornell: Main Campus Video Tours

This spring we asked some of our campus tour guides to share their unique experience as Cornellians...

My wife and I missed visiting our daughter at Cornell. The school and Ithaca are so beautiful. Academically, Cornell is very strong. Our daughter now lives in San Francisco and is a successful management consultant. Cornell was an outstanding choice; it provided her with many great experiences and job opportunities. If you are considering a visit, I suggest you do so in early Fall, late Spring, and Summer. Besides the school's official tour guide, make a point to walk around. You will fall in love with the campus and the beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend Cornell to any prospective students.

Well, they're not really sharing their unique experiences as Cornellians, just giving you a standard rundown on what types of etc you can find there. As tour guides, that would be what they are trained to do. Yes, this is a virtual tour. Can't say then that I "experienced" the school, but as I did go there in the 70's the images are a nice reminder of the fun times that I did have there way back when. Thanks, guys and girls.

I have been an exchange student from finland in finlandia university, hancock, usa in 2005. It is a rather homophobic place. Soon after i moved to the dormitory the word fag was carved into the door of the elevator. I got called that quite often there, sometimes even by the "teachers".
