He would be named Quoda and he would be this sleazy but very wise guy who believes that peace of mind is attained by gaining riches. He teaches his padawans the rules of acquisition to acquire gold-pressed credits and put them to good use. But only those who can put their emotions aside and learn how to use their wealth for good are worthy of learning his secrets.

As a confirmed nerd and sci-fi fan, I recognized every scene here. I was a teen when Star Trek debuted and my kids were pre-teens for Star Wars. We’re a true Trek Wars family and currently encouraging the next generation ( pun intended) to join us … they’re 11 and 6 and they’re getting enthused! As fan of both Star Wars and Star Trek (originals, not the new garbage) this makes the geek in me cringe. That said... You did an excellent job of editing this; the transitions from each universe to the other work really well. The sound levels were fairly well normalized too. I can appreciate the work that went into creating it.

I hate these fan trailers. They’re usually choppy with a 1970s version of William Shatner followed by a 1990s version of William Shatner, and the scenes are often poorly sequenced so as to look unconvincing at best or incoherent at worst.

And when I finished yours I said “That’s…not bad at all”. Way to pair the scenes together cogently so they make sense: Kirk and McCoy in the snow, then AT-ATs in the snow. Enterprise fires, Star destroyer is hit. This one actually looks like a trailer for a major studio money grab putting both franchises together. I salute you.
