I disagree with the spin Salvanto said at the end, where he said "a lot" of Trump supporters want to show support for Trump in the R primary elections. A statistician like Salvanto should be able to be more precise, and the numbers actually appear to show that Trump's endorsements sway only a small minority of the R voters. For example, J D Vance received only a third of the R votes in the Ohio Senate primary election. So it's quite possible that Trump's endorsements have the opposite effect with many R voters. Also, most of Trump's endorsements have been for candidates already expected to do well, because Trump is terrified that endorsing people who lose will cause R politicians to stop fearing him and start publicly saying how awful he is based on their first-hand experience with him.
