Thanks sir, it was not working initially as my tally data is password protected so after converting into lower version its password was not working. so I first removed password in new tally ERP and than converted data into lower version..and it did work.. Thanks your video it helped me ... as i needed data in old version as in new version service tax and vat reports are not properly working.Thanks Once again.
