It might suck for this guy. There was a lesbian couple that went and got a donor. One of them had the kid. The partner ended up getting a divorce and the lady with a baby sued the donor for child support and she won. The reason why she was able to Sue is because he did not go through a medical facility to have her medically impregnated. So don't do it through craigslist. Because you'll end up paying child support.
