Egts are normal. I believe they can get that high stock, after so many seconds, like 30, gm has truck programmed to defuel. That's also a reading straight off the cylinders.

A 6.7 would make short work of the l5p.. not enough power my 2014 6.7 was about this fast. Step it up gm your getting your ass dragged
