Peanuts require really warm days AND nights and high humidity to produce well. I grew up on a farm where we grew peanuts. My uncle was one of the top peanut research scientists in Alabama and then Georgia in the 1970s and 80s.

Я в этом году садила арахис, но с одного орешка и выросла одна веточка - кустик. Цветёт красиво, ярко жёлтыми цветами, я поливала рыхлила, но урожай слабенький с кустика 5 - 6 фасолинок, да и то не все вызрели. Вот думаю в следующем году больше орешков в ямку положить, не рыхлить, может и поливать мало, а обложить картоном вокруг кустиков. Вообще то интересно! Я видела впервые у себя новое растение, не наелась, но впечатлилась. Наверное этот человек чем то подкармливал необычным? У меня только компост. Видео впечатлило, дай Бог ему здоровья!
