In this short Tutorial, You will learn How to Create a Digital signature using photoshop.
First Sign on White paper, choose the best one, and crop it. Now go to Channels Select the red channel and Duplicate it. and then go to Image Menu, Adjustments, and Curves. Now adjust the curve until you get the best result.
Hit ok, and Load the channel as a Selection, Now delete the Red Copy and go back to the layer panel. Select the Selection tool right and Choose Select Inverse. Now Create a Solid Color Adjustment Layer with any color you want. Save it as a png or copy and paste this signature anywhere you want.

You can actually do this by taking a photo of a signature on a page without lines and use MS Word and Paint to alter the contrast. I would copy and paste back and forth in paint as a hack so Word doesn't recognize the preexisting format.
