Henry Chapman was arrested on March 14, hours after he allegedly took $900 from a man he was arresting and hid it in his patrol car. I'm more worried about cops stealing my money than muggers.

Resigned? He needs to be charged and thrown in jail! This perfectly defines CMPD! You can say it doesn't define CMPD all day but the actions show otherwise.

He shouldn’t have been able to resign. He should’ve been fired.

It’s weird to say “allegedly” when he ADMITTED to stealing the money.

Police departments allow this type of behavior because each dirty cop is expected to "kick up" a piece of what the get from stealing and shakedown to their superiors.

Next, investigate the bosses to see if they got a piece of this guy's and other department LEOs takes.

Why did the other officers, including the sergeant, spend so much time gaslighting and REFUSING TO LOOK IN THE CAR? Answer that question, there is NO good answer. But the answer is obvious.

It doesn't define the other officers??? It most certainly does! The cops refused to take this guy seriously for an infuriatingly long amount of time when all they had to do was tell Chapman to step out of the vehicle and do the exact same search they would do of any other person suspected of a crime. Chapman and so many other cops do this daily and get away with it because of the bro-code.
