Psyche Sound Painting - I Look Fine, But I'm Not Feeling Well

I'm a sound designer that's struggled with mental illness in the past and general depression occasionally. I had/have many people in my life with bi polar, extreme anxiety and/or borderline/multiple personality disorder and they are beautiful, wonderful people that have something that makes their life sometimes unpleasant all the way through to unbearable.

This is an audio/music interpretation of a wrestles mind without knowing why.

If you think this video is a little unsettling all the way to down right terrifying... that's nothing compared to inside the mind of someone with mental illness... How did the video make you feel? imagine feeling like that all the time and not being able to escape... There is no shame for people to feeling this way, it's not a choice, there is no 'snap out of it' solution... it's time to break the stigma and not be scared talking about it. Many times people with a mental illness/conditions don't want you to fix their problems, they just want to be heard and acknowledged for who they are and where they're at... That's the best unsolicited help you can give :)
