How to get the most LEGENDARY item in Sons of the Forest

You Need the guest key card not the maintanence keycard

Legendary is the ancient armour. Not the Watanabe. Then get the forge blue print and dip ya weapons in solafite. To make gold guns. But becareful while doing this because it attracts boss mutants and alot of them. Have fun

Idk man, the axes (even the modern axe) at least has a decent stagger. It's mild, but enough that it cancels an enemies attack if yours lands first.
With the katana, it does a lot of damage really fast, but enemies literally do not care and will hit you regardless
