The construction industry is filled with waste, this provides us with a great opportunity to improve. Many of the largest construction companies have adopted many lean practices and principles and the industry is starting to improve. Be part of that by learning and applying lean principles yourself.

Tom Stephenson is a national award-winning professor (George Brown College, University of Toronto) and best-selling author whose background in education spans nearly three decades. Thank you professor. Can’t imagine you really consider my suggestion! To be honest building construction could be much more complexed comparing to manufacturing industry, also it will be strenuously to explain the principles to people how to optimize their work process.Maybe one day we can have a platform to drag every participants and explain to them by visual method(like BIM) and help them to avoid waste and invalid works.So much to express, but thank you for interaction with us! Last word, have you ever used primavera 6 in construction management? I shouldn’t be so greedy to ask for another topics, but I also interested in schedule management.Have a nice day!

crisp and interesting! the only hard part is convincing on starting lean construction. Kaizen is way underrated
