4090 for performance mode is crazy especially running a 3.2GHz cpu, you don't need a crazy gpu for fortnite it's just bottleneck

run dx11/12 and your frames will increase because it will use your 4090 more than your cpu.

Fortnite takes more on cpu, the more powerful cpu the more fps. 24 cores will do it justice.
Now with the rtx 4090, that just an additional 100 fps boost maybe 50% less.
