How i drink yakult is poke a little hole in the center of the yakult cap or i just open a little space on the cap and sip the yakult

It's much better drinking it that way cause it will make yakult more delicious and it will help me slow down drinking.

I hold the sides and pull them off and side by side at the same time and u see a normal circle and sometimes it spills when u do that

My way?: Scratch the plastic till it looks like its deep, then pierce your finger through and place the plastic to the edges. Done!
