I worked casting and I think she s the perfect fit for Barbie. No other actress meets all the criteria. You could say oh the body measurements are not exact but in this day and age no one who hasn t had tons of surgery can have that Barbie body and height. Margot played that role to a tee, well done mate!

It's her smile, her bubblyness, and also versatility to play this role. She's an outstanding actress, and that's what makes her perfect for this movie. It's supposed to be a blockbuster, not some random pink movie for little girls, and it wouldn't have worked without a strong and very popular female lead actress. It's the same with Evan Peters as Jeffrey Dahmer, there may be other actors who look more similar to the real Dahmer (Evan doesn't even have blue eyes), but it was Evans insane acting which made him so convincing and the series so successful
