Duane “Keefe D” Davis is awaiting trial in Las Vegas for his alleged involvement in the 1996 shooting death of rap icon Tupac Shakur. In a major motion to have the case thrown out, Davis’s attorneys argue that it was actually Sean “Diddy” Combs who gave the order. About his involvement with Tupac .. the Jane Doe lawsuit alledges that Diddy violently assaulted her over making the comment that she thought he had something to do with Tupac .. why would he get so angry and why would he want to silence her if there wasn't some truth to it? Seems excessive for someone without guilt.
