2020 Inspire Excellence in Business - Large Winner: Diane Temme, TMCO

The winner of the 2020 Inspire Excellence in Large Business Award is Diane Temme, CAO and co-owner of TMCO, Inc, a contract metal manufacturing company in Lincoln, NE. In 2019, she helped to found the Lincoln Manufacturing Council in conjunction with Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development and serves as tri-chair. She volunteers with TeamMates, Junior Acheivement, and music enrichment at St. Teresa Church and school. She serves on numerous community boards. Diane's work at TMCO has been recognized in the creation of innovative employee programs and most recently for starting a company-subsidized early childhood education program.

Here she is accepting her award at the 2020 Inspire Awards luncheon on Wednesday, September 16 at Embassy Suites in Lincoln.
