Prep: 4 min Microwave: 14 min

Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken Breast
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo
1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
Dash of Crumbly Blue
Dash of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Microwave 1 whole chicken breast in submerged water for 10-12 minutes.
Shred chicken with two forks or with fingers and tear apart like string cheese
In a bowl, mix hot sauce, softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and crumbly blue
Mix in chicken and then scoop into a STONEWAVE or any other dish that can be microwaved for just a few minutes or until everything is fully melted and hot.
Serve with your favorite chips and eat like a bitch.

Not bad, I like to cook about 3 decent sized chicken breasts in the over at 400*F for about 35 mins seasoned with a bit of olive oil and mrs dash though.

Shred em up and then put them in a crock pot with :

2 -  8 ounce bricks of philly cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup of Frank's buffalo sauce
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Then, usually set the crock pot to high for a good 30+ mins till everything comes together and then keep it on low for another 30 mins to an hour, stirring occasionally till it gets all creamy.

That is more to my palette! Red Hot and chicken...all that's missing is the ribs. Those might be tricky in the microwave though.

for those looking for a a bit of a healthier option i use chicken, hot sauce, plain greek yogurt, neufchatel (extra low fat cream cheese) low fat shredded cheese, and dry ranch seasoning! yum and tastes nearly the same!
