Lewis lacks so much as a leader that he was willing to let Kyle get away with whatever just because he was the most experienced deck hand

Captain had no business telling the crew firing was essentially bc Nathan expressed concerns. Crew looked at Nathan differently in particular Lewis. Kyle was disruptive & problematic & Lewis felt he should be promoted... Absurd!

Kyle is a racist, you can see it in all his interactions with Nathan. To all the people who think racism doesnt exist here it is, someone doesnt have to call you a racial slur to be racists, it can be micro agressions and undermining, belittling, talking disrespectful etc

Funny, if Nathan was the one acting like Kyle, this channel would have at least 5 videos uploaded of him showing the different clips of him acting angry and "drama". This is the FIRST clip they have uploaded of Below Deck, without even showing how he acts towards Nathan. I remember every Below Deck season would have at least 5 clips after each episode aired, why not now? Don't want people to discuss Kyle and his racism?

I noticed that Bravo does not have a reunion show on the seasons where there has been blatant racism issues on the show. You can’t ignore and pretend that a problem doesn’t exist! You address it!

Why every time a black person get put in charge on any Below Deck, they're allowed to disrespected.

I thought this was racial. Believe me I don’t say that lightly or automatically. He would be proud of his racist inclinations. Granted he’s intimidated by all men so he would lash out at anyone. But a black man? His alcoholism, his excuses of “I’m a cowboy from Texas. “ is just telling us he’s not very bright. But his antagonism toward Nathan was over the top. He will wind up in jail someday. He forced himself on Kasie and those clients should be ashamed of themselves for putting her in that position dirty old pigs

I don't like how the crew calls the Captain just Kerry. Show some respect. Call him Captain.

It was right after Kyle Dickards Firing that the Edittting and Scripting issues this Below Deck Spinoff had only became more apparent/obvious leaving it to be a one season wonder!

Yeah it was definitely his time to go Kyle was a nightmare don’t get me wrong I think he’s very talented at what he does clearly knows his stuff and I love how his confidence is on 10 man got turned down and kept it moving 😂 and I respect that and that only but I do not understand what his issue with Nathan was? That man ain’t do nothing wrong he spoke fine, was professional and grew tired of kyle’s terrible attitude with him and lack of home skills … like as someone else said it does kinda look like racism 🤧😬 I mean he’s from the south and a cowboy so you know I don’t think he’s like a terrible awful person but he is a jackass as the zac efron look alike said . I think the captain made the right decision

Not a big fan of this below deck adventure. None of the crew or captain are enjoyable, like the other below decks shows

Goodbye Kyle.
Lewis lacks a backbone.
Nathan was right to go directly to Captain Kerrie as he correctly explained Lewis would kowtow to Kyle allowing his racism to continue.
Nathan appears to be a mature young man.

Look part of me feels bad about Kyle. I think he's heart is in the right place but his ego and his mouth got the best of him. I was a little disappointed that he didn't try to leave on good terms with Nathan and Katie but it's probably his lack of maturity. Captain Kerry was fair to a certain degree giving Kyle a clean slate to leave the boat with but I feel like he could have given him another chance to prove himself. But hey hopefully Kyle grows and learns from this experience.
