12 best Minecraft Shaders to bring a 3080 Ti to its knees (2021)

Minecraft is not exactly famous for its looks. The blocky low-res cubes, which form the world of minecraft are not everybodys taste
and also things like water, clouds or fire can look a bit clunky for some. However besides the ray tracing upgrade for Minecraft's Windows 10 version
there is a ton of shaders, which completely change the game's look and appearance. However shaders require sometimes loads of work from your pc
and can bring even the most pwerful system to it's knees. We tested twelve of 2021 best looking shaders for the java version in terms of looks
vs performance and framerate. All the settings have been turned to the max except for antialiasing as it doesn't support shaders and
anisotropic filtering as this brings the framerate down no matter what, and would interfere too much with the testing.

Who the hell uses 48 chunks of render distance

Is it actually playable with not that crazy high render distance? Max seems a bit to much or nah? Think i have like 22as max.

Remember when we used to get 60fps with shaders on.

I just want to point out that the render distance is at max. This will cause any pc to drop FPS while playing this game. I would really like to see another video with significantly less render distance. As an owner of a 3080 ti, I think this video does not serve justice to what it’s truly capable of.

When I put my render distance to 29 in single player I get like 50-60 fps in 1440p144hz with my 3080 ti. I have a 9700k for now, would that be the cause?

If you really wanted to ruin your FPS you should use SEUS PTGI ray tracing shaders

Thanks for sharing this video, the work is amazing, I tried to decide which texture I liked the most, but the truth is that they are all perfect and I liked them all. More videos like that please.

You aren't really "bringing it to its knees" on normal terms. Nobody runs Minecraft on 48 chunks, with shaders enabled and expects 60FPS gameplay. It's all about optimization. And render distance and chunk loading is heavily dependent on the CPU and RAM. That has nothing to do with your RTX 3080 Ti...

damn anything below 60 fps is literally unplayable espacially minecraft

so what's the use of the shader if it can't run on the best graphics card in the world?. not every body has that kind of graphics card
