Plot: Harry can't get sleep because of all he has to do - Occlumency lessons, Detentions with Umbridge, Normal school work, Qudditch and on top of that, He gets visions from Voldemort.
So when his friends are arguing about who gets less sleep, he asks "Wait, you guys are getting sleep?"
